The Purpose of V.E.
1. To inculcate social and political awareness and proper education on exercising one's right to vote
2. To implant the importance of knowing how to make a stand as Christians in making a change in a Christian country that is ironically beset by chaos, poverty, insurgency, graft and corruption
3. To guide the qualified voters in choosing the right leaders to boost up our country towards peace and progress.
For the Christian Youth Leaders
With the approach of the 2010 Elections, there are some important questions that we should ask ourselves, as members of the CBYFP:
· What is our role as Christians in response to the current socio-economic and political happenings of our country?
· In what way can we contribute for the development of a better Philippines headed by individuals who are worthy to be elected as leaders of our country?
· What is the importance of our vote in the coming 2010 Elections?
These questions concerned may be answered through the V.E., which would help to enable us perceive a country hemmed with the value of honesty, integrity and prosperity through the leaders whom we will elect this coming 2010.
